The MYXS series smoking oven has functions such as steaming, drying, reddening, smoking, baking, etc. According to different needs, optional functions such as cold smoking and spraying can also be added. Suitable for processing hanging and flat products such as bacon, fish slices, chicken legs, chicken wings, duck necks, beef jerky, etc.

Main Features

1. The circulating hot air is guided by alternating air doors and passes through the products laid flat in the mesh disk alternately from left to right and from right to left through the air grilles on both sides. Hot air is distributed horizontally on each layer of products, making the heat distribution between each layer of products in the entire box more uniform, further improving the consistency of product processing quality.

2. The forced exhaust function greatly accelerates the product drying process and shortens processing time.

3. Increase the number of layers for stacking flat products to improve production capacity.

4. The MYHP control system developed based on programmable technology and the MYPC control system based on PC technology, combined with a touch screen interface, provide strong support for convenient and effective management and control of the machining process. You can develop personalized processes according to your product requirements, flexibly adjust the production process, record detailed process parameters, centrally monitor, remotely diagnose and maintain.

5. Multiple types of smoke generators can be selected: sawdust smoke generator, external wood pellet smoke generator, internal door wood pellet smoke generator, liquid smoke system.

6. Multiple heating methods can be selected: steam heating, electric heating, gas/oil heating, and thermal oil heating.

7. The box structure is easy to disassemble and clean, and is equipped with an efficient automatic cleaning system. The cleaning program can be set in the control system.

8. Adopting a modular box structure with flexible layout. It can enter and exit the trolley in one direction, or be made into a channel style front and rear door, and equipped with a raw and cooked area interlock device.

9. Made of high-quality stainless steel material, sturdy inner and outer fully welded structure, high-quality and reliable silicone door seal structure, and easy to push structure.
