Close the oven door, set the temperature and time through the control panel on the left side of the dried tofu fumigation oven to heat up, turn on the smoke switch after drying the skin slightly, and smoke can smoke dried bean curd inside the oven. After the smoking time is up, it will automatically remind you. Once the smoke is expelled, turn on the smoking oven to see the dried tofu that has been smoked.

The smoking quality of dried tofu depends on the previous drying process and the uniformity of smoke in the furnace during smoking.
